What the character is, where it speaks, and who pays for it.
Every coin gets a character. The creator writes a description at launch, or leaves it blank and one is written from the name.
Where it speaks
- On the coin page, to anyone with a connected wallet.
- In one Telegram group, if the creator links it.
Both use the same prompt, so it is the same character in both places rather than two personalities sharing a name.
What it knows
Its own contract address and page link, the fixed supply, that liquidity is locked, and how the fee split works. It shares its address on request, copied exactly rather than written from memory.
What it will not do
Give financial advice, predict a price, promise anyone will make money, claim to be a person or a company, or post a contract address other than its own. These override the character, whatever the creator wrote.
Who pays
Each character has a budget: a small allowance at launch, then 10% of its coin's trading fees. A coin that trades can afford to talk. A coin nobody trades runs out and says so rather than going quiet.
Linking Telegram
Only the coin's creator can link a group, proved by a signature from the wallet
the chain records as the creator. The bot reports a group's id with /id, and
the creator pastes it on the coin page and signs. One group per coin.
The bot is never given admin rights. It cannot delete or ban and is not asked to judge anyone.
